• Classification of legal actor

Day 2: Typical Structure of Contracts:

• Preamble and its importance
• Types of contractual terms and conditions
• Content of the contract
• Attachments and Appendices
• Definition of terms

Day 3: Legal Structure of Legislative Documents:

• Structure and form of the law
• Form of decision, regulation and circular
• Pillars of decisions and regulations
• Binding legal norms in decisions, regulations and laws
• Legislative invalidity

Day 4 : Types of Legislative Drafting:

• Physical drafting
• Moral drafting
• Rigid wording
• Flexible wording
• Replacing quantity with quality and knowing how to formulate presumption and legal trick

Day 5: The Most Famous Legal Words in the Language:

• Peremptory formulas (Command formulas)
• Permissibility formulas and delegation of discretion
• Prohibition formulas and revocation of discretion
• Formulas for granting and revoking the right, and formulas for granting jurisdiction
• Conditional and condition formulas.
